In short: for all! We work with teams of all sizes, from smaller groups of 5 people to large events with 500 participants.

The great thing about us is that we are totally flexible. Some of our events work particularly well in smaller groups, while others only reach their full potential with larger groups. Because we tailor each event individually to your needs, we can find solutions if you have special requirements.

Just tell us how many of you there are and what you have in mind, and we will find a solution.

Instead of standard solutions, we develop an individual concept customised to each team. We pay attention to the little things that make an event special and are not afraid to take an unconventional approach. Our events are creative, well thought-out, and designed with heart.

We are hands-on. No anonymous processing, but real people who accompany your event from A to Z. With over 25 years of experience, we know what matters. Nevertheless, we never stop trying new things.

We have been operating in Berlin for over 25 years. During that time we have welcomed companies of all sizes. From start-ups to corporations, from Google to the Federal Ministry.  We have organized hundreds of events and gained a wealth of experience in the process.

Booking and Planning

Booking early certainly helps, but we often have something up our sleeve for spontaneous ideas too.

For standard events? We’re pros at rebooking. Individually planned events need a little longer notice.

Our deal is, we don’t want to stick too much to the table, we prefer to work with you to find a solution that’s truly fair. In most cases, this means charging only the actual costs that have already been incurred.

Of course, we also have the official cancellation table (as is required): • 2+ months = 20% • 1+ month = 30% • 2+ weeks = 50% • 1+ week = 80% • After that = 100%

Nope! You don’t need to prepare anything. Just come as you are and let us surprise you. We’ll organise everything.

Group size and participants

This depends entirely on the event! Each event has its own maximum number of participants. You can find this information directly on the page of the individual event. Our biggest event is the Berlin Adventure Tour, which can accommodate up to 500 people. Otherwise, it varies greatly, from small and intimate to really large. There’s something for everyone.

Yes, absolutely! We do all events in German as well as in English. International teams are very welcome with us!

Five people are usually enough to get started with our events . The only slight catch is that there is a minimum charge, which is then divided among fewer people. It ends up being a little more expensive per person. Nevertheless, it’s definitely doable!

Once you hit around 10-15 people, you’re usually past the minimum charge point.

Prices and costs

Our prices range from €37 to €235 per person, depending on what event you and your team feel like doing.

Group size and individual adjustments influence the final price.

Yes, definitely! Our policy is: the larger the group, the lower the price per person.

Each event has a minimum charge that covers our costs for organization, materials, and support.

As soon as your group exceeds this amount, the price per person automatically decreases.

This means that larger teams benefit from better value for money without compromising on quality.

No, don’t worry! Everything you need for the event is already included in the price. All you need to bring is yourself and your good spirit, we’ll take care of the rest.

Absolutely! Our activities come in all price ranges. We are sure we can find something that fits your budget. Just tell us how much you can spend, and we’ll suggest suitable events!

Procedure and logistics

Most of our events last between 2 and 4 hours. Some formats can also be longer, depending on what it is. We are flexible and adaptable to make sure we fit the activities to your schedule!

As a proud Berlin-based company, our events are primarily located in Berlin. We know every corner of the city and can therefore make your event something really special. We also offer individual events in Potsdam and Berlin’s suburbs.

Yes, no problem! We can hold many of our events directly at your company premises. We bring everything that is needed. Just tell us what you have in mind, and we will see which formats will fit for you and your team!

Absolutely ! All of our locations are easily accessible by public transportation.

We’ve got you covered! We offer a weather guarantee: if the weather isn’t cooperating, we’ll quickly transform your outdoor event into a cool indoor game show. And if you’re true outdoor enthusiasts and want to continue despite the rain, that’s no problem either! The choice is yours.

Depending on which event you choose, the focus will be different. The Trabi Rally is more about fun and relaxation, escape games require teamwork and brains, and creative workshops bring new inspiration. We are happy to help you find the right format for your goals!

Yes, of course! We can combine different events to create a whole day or evening full of unforgettable moments!

Practical Questions

For outdoor events, we recommend dressing appropriately for the weather. Comfortable clothing and sturdy shoes are best. For indoor events, any outfit of your choice is fine.

Yes, absolutely! We bring everything you need for your event. You don’t have to worry about a thing.

Absolutely! We capture the best moments in photos. After the event, you will have access to a shared folder where all participants can download the pictures, as well as adding their own. That way, you’ll have great memories to look back on later!

If you do not want to appear in pictures or videos, just let us know. We have full respect for that too
